I'm here on the blog mostly out of obligation to record our personal experiences about the strangest time I've lived through. The thing I should say first is that I've struggled all week about my feelings pertaining to coronavirus on so many levels. Here's the deal, we are not sick. We do not know anyone who is (although I'm highly suspicious Tom and the boys had this virus). We are not front line workers and as of now my husband is employed. So, I honestly feel like I cannot complain. However, today I decided it's healthy and OK to acknowledge that we feel overwhelmed. This week Tom has had to lay off so many people. Even in job loss, I don't think I've seen Tom so stressed or burdened. He is thankfully working from home and it's been heartbreaking to watch him tell people they no longer have a job. I feel selfish being thankful that Tom still has a job and at the same time I get fearful of the possibility that his company, which has been in exist...
