If I could choose a word for Christmas this year, I'd say it was eventful. For as slow as 2020 seemed at times with most things canceled, Christmas was thankfully a normal Christmas for us. After celebrating with my parents the weekend before Christmas, we came home to a sick kitty. Clementine was not herself, had most likely thrown up a hair tie, and needed to go to the vet. She ended up staying over night, needing xrays, bloodwork, and an IV, and THANKFULLY came home after 36 hours and finished recovering. She's back to her normal self and we're thankful she is ok. It was a lesson that God cares even for animals as we felt silly praying, but know we can talk to Jesus about anything. After the Clementine episode it was time to start getting ready for Christmas.
